BIOGRAPHY

Stage director, musician and philologist, he has worked as a stage director in numerous theater productions such as Treated with a strict hand (Free Theatre, 2017), love words (co-directed with J. Ollé, La Seca, 2015), infect (Versus Theatre, 2014), Pep Talk (Axis Ballymun Theatre, Dublin – Fringe NY 2013), Journey to happiness (High Season Festival 2007) o The world of Ulysses (Sala Beckett 2007), among others, and in musical productions among which they stand out And I lost my center (L'Atlantida/Bcn Ciudad Flamenco, LaboratoriA, 2020), The bonfire of the vanities (Barcelona l'Auditori, 2020), Out of the [Cage] (Barcelona l'Auditori, 2020), The forgotten song (Josep Carreras l'Auditori, 2019), Shining Armor (Teatro Arriaga, 2015), Swing…! (Palau de la Música Catalana, 2014 – actualitat) o Dog Roses (Escena Nacional d'Andorra, 2007) He has also produced plays and translations such as The Garden of Five Trees, amb J. Ollé (Temporada Alta – TNC, 2009), In the city of Barcelona (Greek Festival, 2012) or Desire under the elms (TNC, 2017).

Ha estat ajudant de direcció dels directors més prestigiosos del panorama escènic català i espanyol, com ara J. Ollé, R. Novell, Ll. Pasqual, D. Veronese, S. Belbel, JM Pou, G. Torlonia or A. Aymar, among others.

Ha treballat per donar un sentit escènic i artístic a esdeveniments com la celebració dels 25 anys de l’ACEM (RCDE Estadium, 2018), el Congres de Solidaritat de la Fundació Sant Joan de Déu (Fira de Montjuïc, 2017), els 10 anys d’Apropa Cultura (L’Auditori de Barcelona, 2017) o els Premis Time Out Barcelona de 2011. Com a adjunt de direcció va participar també en la creació de l’Acte de la Diada Nacional de Catalunya (Parc de la Ciutadella, 2009 – 2013) i en la presentació de La Casa de les Llengües al MoMA de Nova York (2008).
