Juan Songel Sanchis is a Valencian pianist who, as a soloist and member of chamber ensembles, has performed in countries such as Belgium, Russia, Greece, Luxembourg and in national auditoriums such as the Palau de la Música de Valencia, L'Auditori de Barcelona, Auditori Pau Casals del Vendrell, Cultural Center "La Beneficiencia", as well as in festivals and cycles such as the Piano Meeting in Ourense, the Klarafestival in Brussels, Europalia Arts Festival in Belgium or Music in the Parcs in Barcelona, among others.

He trained at the Professional Conservatory of Music in Valencia, where he completed his studies with honors, and later at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMuC) with professors Rafael Salinas, Kennedy Moretti, the Quartet Casals or Juan de la Rubia. He has completed several courses and masterclasses where he has received advice from teachers such as Claudio Martínez-Mehner, Maria João Pires, Tatiana Zeligman, Tamas Vasary, Josu de Solaun, Vladimir Tropp or Imre Rohmann, among others. He holds a Master of Arts (DT.) in Music cum laude from the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, where he studied with professor Daniel Blumenthal, and a Master in Interpretation and Musical Research from the International University of Valencia.

Since 2020 he has been part of the Music and Performing Arts Professors' Corps, as a teacher of Repertory with piano for instruments.
