Noelia Rodiles performs regularly in major venues such as the National Auditorio Nacional de Música and Teatro Real in Madrid, Auditorio de Zaragoza, Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona, Fundación Juan March in Madrid, or Teatros del Canal, also in Madrid, and in series and festivals such as Schubertíada de Vilabertrán, Quincena Musical Donostiarra, Festival de Música Española de Cádiz, Madrid International Festival of Sacred Art, “Young Performers” of the Fundación Scherzo, or the Autumn Music Festival of Soria, as well as in Germany, Italy, Mexico, France, Poland, Tunisia, Bolivia, and Jordan.
As a soloist, she has played with the Madrid Community Orchestra, the Asturias Symphony Orchestra, the Heinrich Heine Orchestra of Düsseldorf, the Querétaro Philharmonic (Mexico), The Soloists of London, the City of Almería Orchestra, the Extremadura Symphony Orchestra, the Andorra National Orchestra, and the Bética Chamber Orchestra, among others; under the baton of maestros such as Víctor Pablo Pérez, José Ramón Encinar, Michael Thomas, Marzio Conti, Ramón Tébar, and Pablo Mielgo.
Following the release of her first recording, featuring works by Ligeti and Schubert (Solfa Recordings, 2015), critics recognized her as a “versatile pianist endowed with truly admirable musicality and refinement” (Justo Romero, Scherzo magazine). Her new album, The Butterfly Effect (Eudora Records, 2020), which has garnered, among other accolades, the Melómano de Oro, includes works by Schumann, Schubert, and Mendelssohn, along with commissions by the pianist herself from Spanish composers Rueda, Del Puerto, and Magrané. This latter piece has received a Latin Grammy nomination.
Her musical quality has been acknowledged in national and international piano competitions. These achievements cap an extensive education at the conservatories of Avilés, Madrid, and Berlin, the Reina Sofía School of Music in Madrid, and masterclasses with Daniel Barenboim, Joaquín Achúcarro, Salomon Mikowski, Menahem Pressler, Ferenc Rados, Elisso Virsaladze, Aldo Ciccolini, Boris Berman, and Josep M. Colom, among others.
