À l’Espagnole is a fantasy inspired by the artistic exchanges between Spain and France in the seventeenth century, when the “Spanish style” was all the rage in France. In the musical context, these links are the inspiration to offer a show in which contemporary dance, theatre and Baroque music go hand-in-hand in an interdisciplinary dialogue. A fascinating collaboration between the Antonio Ruz Company and Fahmi Alqhai’s Baroque ensemble Accademia del Piacere.
