THE SESSIONS FOR THIS CONCERT WILL BE MORE RELAXED.‎ RULES REGARDING NOISE AND MOVEMENT IN THE CONCERT HALL WILL BE MORE RELAXED THAN USUAL, AND ‎SOME MINOR ADJUSTMENTS MAY ALSO BE MADE TO THE LIGHTING, SOUND, ETC. FOR THE WELLBEING OF ALL ‎KINDS OF PUBLIC. THESE TYPES OF SESSIONS ARE FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO PREFER A MORE ‎CASUAL ATMOSPHERE, THEREBY REDUCING ANXIETY LEVELS AND MAKING THE EXPERIENCE BETTER FOR ‎EVERYONE (E.G. FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN, PEOPLE WITH ALZHEIMER’S, PEOPLE WITH AUTISM, ‎ETC.).

Best of all, it can all happen in the imagination of the audience, not on the film screen.” This is how British composer Paul Hart describes his work Cartoon, which opens a programme that will let your imagination fly free.

It contains a collection of the most famous tunes from Disney films, from Bambi to Mary Poppins, including Sleeping Beauty, Pinocchio and Peter Pan, in an arrangement by Japanese composer Toshio Mashima. Valencian composer Ferrer Ferran also provides a soundtrack for childhood. In Toyland you will hear all kinds of toys in action: dolls and puppets, dolls’ houses, model trains and tin soldiers.

Finally, Tony’s Favourite Cartoons by Belgian composer Pascal Devroye recalls such legendary cartoon series as Inspector Gadget, The Flintstones, Tom and Jerry and The Simpsons.
