Terraza is currently one of the most esteemed jazz musicians in Spain and has a growing international following. He has established a unique personality and style of jazz performance. The jazz is Mediterranean, extrovert, open, accomplished and has a beautiful sensibility. It’s like a combination of the swing of Oscar Peterson, the sensibility of Bill Evans and the wisdom of Tete Montoliu. His six published works for trio in the last 15 years provide an opportunity to discover a truly personal sound encompassing a varied repertoire of diverse styles. The trio is made complete with well-known double bass player Horacio Fumero and talented drummer Jorge Rossy.
