Programme
The OBC returns to Torroella de Montgrí to open the 44th edition of its Festival. And it does so with a programme that presents two works that were decisive in the evolution of their composers: the Sinfonia concertante for violin and viola in E-flat Major, which marks a turning point in Mozart’s work and is a compendium of everything he had achieved so far; and Symphony No. 3 in E-Flat Major “Eroica”, in which Beethoven definitively breaks away from the limits of classical symphony still present in his first two symphonies.
