With today being International Jazz Day, we’re pleased to inform you that as of next Sunday 5 May, Vermut Jazz, one of spring’s landmark events, returns to L’Auditori.
Over six Sundays, from 5 May to 9 June, we will have the opportunity to listen to concerts featuring different styles from the jazz genre, providing a snapshot of Barcelona’s current jazz scene.
In this edition, we will be able to see the ensembles Gabriel Amargant Trio, Sergi Sirvent Octopussy Cats, Valentí Moya Meets Monk, Entre Orillas, Clara Luna Quartet and Sergi Felipe & Whisper Songs, who will be on stage in the Plaça de les Arts (opposite L’Auditori) to bring the sound of jazz to anyone who’s feeling in the mood.
The concerts are free and will begin at 12.45 pm. This programme is being organised in collaboration with the Association of Musicians of Jazz and Modern Music of Catalonia (AMJM) and the Professional Association of Musicians of Catalonia (MusiCat).
