SUBSÒNIC
2024/25 SEASON
Dicover the new season!
After a successful first edition, Festival Subsònic, L’Auditori’s great commitment to electronic music, returns in March. The festival will open with Japanese composer Ryoji Ikeda, one of the leading figures on the international scene and the creator of work based on a minimalist approach, in which algorithmic music converses with visual modules, as well as other more atmospheric and meditative pieces that are far removed from the purest computational logic. The festival will also feature New York sound artist Tristan Perich, the English artist and DJ Mariam Rezaei and Kenyan musician KMRU, among others. The closing concert promises to be a memorable event with the performance of Music for Airports, by Brian Eno, a pioneer of ambient and electronic music.
